We are seeking a talented Quantitative UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive framework for collecting in-product feedback surveys. You will work closely with product team partners to ensure the successful integration of feedback mechanisms into our products.
You will dive into telemetry/instrumentation datasets to uncover patterns of behavior and connect those to gaps in the customer experience and opportunities for business impact. We are looking for a visionary who can bring fresh ideas to the table, establish a data-driven perspective to steer product strategy, and exhibit strong leadership, research, storytelling, and organizational skills. Essential to the role is business acumen and the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
Design and develop a robust framework for in-product feedback surveys.
Collaborate with product teams to identify key metrics and feedback opportunities.
Implement and test feedback collection methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze survey data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to product improvement strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience working with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
Extensive experience in the UX research field.
Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go).
Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests
Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives.
Preferred, not required :
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
