The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Treasury Analyst , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Being a member of a small Treasury team in a broad end to end Treasury role
Operate with team across multiple workstreams such as daily cash forecasting and positioning, inter-company in-house banking and payment netting processes, and settlement and analysis of various FX and investments financial market instruments
Lead initiatives globally, or within your EMEA responsibilities, to transform various aspects of the treasury operating model such as regional cash management transformation
Assist in managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure and relationships, including monitoring services and pricing structures, and maintaining documentation
Leverage knowledge of treasury technology & systems (such as SAP, SWIFT, Power BI, etc) to automate and improve current processes as well as to implement a new Treasury Management System
Partner with peers around the world to develop and implement strategies to leverage marketplace treasury innovations
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Moderate treasury experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Knowledge and experience on all aspects of Treasury and /or Treasury Operations, including using market leading Treasury management systems
Experience supporting transformation of a global treasury organization, leveraging best practices and industry trend
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and escalate issues appropriately
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Work location: Hybrid working model supported (office location Dublin, Ireland) - Must reside in Ireland
