The Job Details are as follows:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving our business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within the technology and professional consulting services industry. This position will lead and manage a team of Technical Solutions Consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

- - Requires a bachelor's (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

``` - - Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, manage, and supervise a team of consultants
