Adecco is assisting a local client hiring Contact Center Agents in Dublin, OH. Weekly pay starting at $ 18.00 per hour, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) .
In this role, you will be responsible for fielding calls that escalate beyond contact center agents. The role is accountable for taking ownership of complex inquiries and seeing through their resolution via escalation utility.

At least 6 months to 1 year of call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication
Ability to deal with varied and often difficult personalities
Leadership experience is preferred but not required
Pay Details: $18.00 per week
