About the role The Enterprise Project Manager is accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of the strategic projects in the Enterprise portfolio. Leads large, complex projects and strategic programs. Manages the project scope, the project plan, reports on critical milestones, manages resources, and manages all project management artifacts (e.g., RAID log, agendas, weekly project status, etc.) for all components of the strategic, enterprise projects and programs. Responsible for driving consistency, excellence and promoting the adoption of Project Management best practices, methodologies, and processes across the company. What you'll do Responsible for the delivery of large-scale strategic projects with a high level of complexity and/or risk to the organization. Responsible for maintaining and updating the project artifacts, including but not limited to, the project plan, RAID log, communication plan, status reports. Responsible for leading internal and external cross-functional meetings. Evaluate, address and/or escalate project issues to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful project delivery. Provide updates to Senior Leadership on the project status. Ensure all business and operations partners are prepared for the delivery of the project. Mentor, train, and coach junior team members. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager, managing large, complex, strategic projects and programs PMP certification desired Strong leadership skills Experience with mentoring and coaching junior team members Experience with managing product development projects Experience with PM methodologies, e.g., agile, waterfall Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, PPM Software, Visio, Lucid charts Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Ability to identify and solve complex problems and efficiently communicate with the project team Excellent written and oral communications, organizational, analytical, problem solving, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Capable of organizing information succinctly and clearly communicating to all level of the organization Experience presenting to executive sponsors, clients, and all levels of management Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies. Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
