Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Analyst in Duluth, Georgia. This role is primarily focused on account reconciliations and financial analysis within our team. As an Accounting Analyst, you will become familiar with the general ledger accounting structure and work with various data sources to track transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular account reconciliations and prepare for audits

• Compile and analyze financial data from profit and loss and balance sheet accounts

• Identify variances and make necessary correcting entries

• Work closely with internal finance teams to understand the coding and impact of certain transactions

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and account management

• Report findings and required entries to the finance management team

• Ensure high-quality work product and meet deadlines consistently

• Utilize your strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and recommendations

• Communicate effectively with both written and oral communication skills

• Become proficient in MS Dynamics CRM and other data analysis tools for efficient work flow and management. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with specific skills in Pivot Table and VLOOKUP functions

• Demonstrable experience in Quality and Audit processes within a Finance environment

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions including Reconciliations and Account Reconciliation

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in Data Analysis and the ability to identify variances

• Knowledge of coding principles

• Familiarity with Balance Sheet Account management

• Comfortable working in an onsite environment

• Proven Decision-Making abilities

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to analyze financial statements

• Experience working with multiple Data Sources

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM

• Experience in QA Management

• Ability to handle various accounting functions effectively.
