Job Description
A client in the Cincinnati area is seeking a remote Database Architect Designer & Developer for a 6 month contract to help design and build the data structure for an internal Inventory Management - Projected Stock System where we expect the load on the system to be high and frequent. This position will work as part of a broader team designing and creating database structures suitable for quickly and efficiently storing and retrieving relevant data for the system.
As a Database Architect Designer & Developer, you will be expected to design and develop fast and performant database, and subsequent queries, in addition to performing database maintenance tasks and ensuring an even load distribution as required. Your duties will include following best industry recommended database design and development practices, as well as compliance with all relevant data security procedures.

Skills and Requirements
-8 years experience designing, developing and maintaining MSSQL databases
-Architecture experience
-Advanced knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts
- Ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables -PostgreSQL
-MongoDB
-Azure Devops
-Bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, business intelligence, information technology, data management, or other related fields null
