This role is critical to AGCO success, supporting the needs of our users and enabling robust processes and workflows in Windchill to support these users. The candidate will be responsible for requirement definition, design, system configuration, development, testing, and documentation. The candidate must also be capable of receiving problem tickets then executing root cause analysis, and then develop a resolution plan. This role will support existing processes and workflows, in addition to developing new processes. This role reports to the Solution Lead for Windchill.

The candidate will be expected to comply with and follow all AGCO policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security standards.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design (FD), configuration (SPRO), testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.

  • Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs; execute these functional designs in form of system configurations or developments which aligns with solution and is compatible with overall architecture.

  • Develop and deploy configurations in compliance with both industry and AGCO best practices, using Azure DevOps to track changes.

  • Develop and maintain, functional design documents and testing scripts in alignment with current system design and business practices; Plan, prepare and execute testing plans including unit, functional, and user acceptance and assist with estimations of new developments and enhancement requests (costs, benefits, resources).

  • Resolve incidents and complete service requests to the agreed service levels (SLA); Root cause analysis for incidents and develop and present options for resolution.

  • Monitor performance and respond in line with service level performance measures.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or relevant industry experience

  • 2+ years of PTC Windchill or other PLM system administration experience

  • Experience supporting a clustered application environment

Travel:

  • 5% – 10% travel required
