Position : Project Manager (ENG Civil/Site Engineer)

We are seeking a Project Manager (ENG Civil/Site Engineer) to join our team! Come join us!

This is an on-site position that can sit in any Atlas office nationwide.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Need to be a Professional Engineer, proficient with Civil3D, and have more than 4 year of experience.

  • Need to have experience on solar projects.

  • Utilize your strong analytical skills to integrate cost and technical requirements, delivering optimized solutions for site work.

  • Conduct on-site visits to assist in site evaluation, suitability assessments, and due diligence efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in civil design, with a preference for experience in solar plant site layouts.

  • Ability to engage in conceptual discussions related to Renewable Solar Power Plants or Battery Storage Projects.

  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, remaining accurate and composed under pressure.

  • Review and approve construction submittals, addressing any requests for information (RFIs) from project teams and subcontractors.

  • Experience in building and leading teams in a growth-oriented market.

Technical Requirements:

  • A Professional License (PE).

  • Proficient in Autocad Civil3D.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Prepare comprehensive design documents for solar civil projects, including essential calculations, drawings, and civil specifications.

Other miscellaneous qualities:

  • Willingness to undertake short-term travel if required.

  • Willingness to work overtime to meet client's deadlines.
