Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities: Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including advanced plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, wall and trim repair, appliance maintenance, and general building maintenance. Conduct routine and preventative inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. Communicate escalated maintenance issues to management.
