St. Catherine of Sienna parish in Duncansville under the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown has an opening for a part-time administrative assistant with a work schedule of 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Creating and distributing parish communications
- Implementing all accounting functions of the parish office
- Supporting parish councils and committees
Qualifications:
- Supportive of the mission of the Catholic Church
- Able to satisfactorily complete background checks and training
- Associate degree in business and two years of related experience or five years of office experience
Working knowledge of electronic accounting and payroll processes
