Sode xo's School Services Division is seeking a high energy General Manager at Durant Public Schools, located in Durant, OK . This bonus-eligible position will report directly to the District Manager and will oversee a team of non-unionized employees.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven client relations skills and the ability to effectively lead a team of managers to accomplish multiple priorities. Strong financial and analytical skills are important for this position. Experience managing a food service team in an education environment is strongly preferred but not required - this aspect can be trained. Day to day, this role will be responsible for managing the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program, along with overseeing cafeteria operations at 7 schools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate’s degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
