We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently.
Duties\ - Set up and operate injection molding machines\ - Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards\ - Perform quality inspections on finished products\ - Troubleshoot equipment and process issues\ - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Skills\ - Experience with machine operation, including injection molding\ - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles\ - Ability to use basic math skills for measurements and calculations\ - Familiarity with quality inspection processes\ - Proficiency in operating machinery such as forklifts and lathes\ - Understanding of logic controllers and micrometers\ - Nice-to-have skills include experience with plastics blow molding and extrusion
