Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Tribal Burial Program Assistant in Durant, Oklahoma
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive their maximum benefit. You will report to the Program Manager.
Location : Onsite in Durant, OK
Schedule : Regular/Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm WITH OCCASIONAL NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.
Primary Tasks:
Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are met.
Support administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
Prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.
Compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Two (2) years of experience program services or related
