Work Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Responsible for providing general administrative support such as mail processing, data entry, filing, record-keeping, copying, document processing, customer service, reception and transaction processing/monitoring.
Duties/Responsibilities
Data entry, creating and working in spreadsheets, reconciling financial transactions, and creating reports.
Managing emails, memos, and other correspondents.
Documenting and ensuring records are up-to-date.
Recording financial transactions.
Processing invoices for payment and maintaining invoice documentation.
Confirming transactions are recorded accurately and appropriately.
Skills And Competencies Necessary Include:
Strong math and data entry skills
Attention to detail
The ability to meet deadlines
Experience working with spreadsheets
Computer proficiency
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other software
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
One (1) year of experience in administrative support.
A valid North Carolina Class C Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
Additional Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
