Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our small, family-oriented integrative medicine clinic. This clinic offers a range of health services beyond traditional medicine, such as massage, acupuncture, and meditation, to improve patients' well-being and ease symptoms. The clinic environment resembles a spa with dimmed lighting, soothing music, water fountains, a library, a quiet room, a sauna, and a bathroom with showers. The CMA will be responsible for rooming patients, checking vitals, phlebotomy, patient check-in and check-out, and scheduling appointments. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM and is closed on weekends and holidays. This is a 3-month contract position with the opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience as a CMA

  • CMA (AAMA, AMT, ARMA, NCCT, or NHA) certification

  • AHA BLS certification

  • Phlebotomy skills/willingness
