Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Mycannabis in the medical cannabis market.
Identify and target potential customers, including doctors, medical professionals, and patients, to drive sales and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, leveraging existing doctor contacts and networks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Organize and attend medical conferences, events, and seminars to showcase Mycannabis and generate leads.
Utilize classical marketing tactics, such as influencer collaborations and endorsements, to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
Continuously develop product knowledge and keep abreast of advancements in medical cannabis research.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the medical cannabis industry.
A Plus: Existing network and strong relationships with doctors and medical professionals in Germany.
Familiarity with classical marketing techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in German and good English skills.
