Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our team in a new role designed to support our organization and assist with general accounting practices and process improvements. This position will play a key role in our department's transition through a new system implementation slated for 2024. Responsibilities include accounting for funds, managing month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and guiding process improvements. Additionally, the role involves managing contractor contributions and reporting, supervising the Accounting Department's personnel, preparing internal financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal control policies, and collaborating with external auditors.
