ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(include the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Generate paperwork for new hires, send to Home Office (HO) on day of hire, create timecards
- Generate PIF for employee status changes/terminations, send to HO on day of termination.
- Ensure payroll coding is correct, job codes and branches match and work with hiring managers to create paperwork if changes are necessary and sent to home office.
- Act as liaison between resort department heads and HO
- Administer & track employee benefits; insurance, 401k, vacations, etc.
- Ensure bi-weekly payroll is on-time and submitted accurately to the HO.
- Support managers and staff in all aspects of the work experience, including but not limited to conflict resolution, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
- Plan and lead twice annual employee orientation.
- Maintain spreadsheet for employee tips; cash and charge tips.
- Maintain a tracking system for employee reviews; 90-day & annual.
- Maintain a tracking system for employee bonuses, submit with payroll.
- Maintain filing/storage system for all daily & monthly reporting.
- Submit tip income with payroll bi-weekly.
- Other tasks & responsibilities as requested by General Manager.
