ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(include the following, other duties may be assigned)

  • Generate paperwork for new hires, send to Home Office (HO) on day of hire, create timecards
  • Generate PIF for employee status changes/terminations, send to HO on day of termination.
  • Ensure payroll coding is correct, job codes and branches match and work with hiring managers to create paperwork if changes are necessary and sent to home office.
  • Act as liaison between resort department heads and HO
  • Administer & track employee benefits; insurance, 401k, vacations, etc.
  • Ensure bi-weekly payroll is on-time and submitted accurately to the HO.
  • Support managers and staff in all aspects of the work experience, including but not limited to conflict resolution, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
  • Plan and lead twice annual employee orientation.
  • Maintain spreadsheet for employee tips; cash and charge tips.
  • Maintain a tracking system for employee reviews; 90-day & annual.
  • Maintain a tracking system for employee bonuses, submit with payroll.
  • Maintain filing/storage system for all daily & monthly reporting.
  • Submit tip income with payroll bi-weekly.
  • Other tasks & responsibilities as requested by General Manager.
