We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to join our team! Ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and general accounting. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with governmental accounting regulations.

Duties

• Process payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including benefit plans, 401(k) plans, and other employee benefits.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure that all payroll-related transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related discrepancies, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize payroll system to track employee work hours and ensure accurate payroll processing. -Help in recruiting and hiring process

Requirements

• Accounting degree or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in payroll accounting and management.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, payroll management, human resources.
• Experience with benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with payroll management systems is a plus.

-Open to a new Accounting Graduate as well.

Schedule: Monday -- Friday, Daylight hours!
