[Job Title:Maintenance Supervisor [LyondellBasell *[Basic Function [The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for the direct/indirect supervision of maintenance technicians and contractors as they relate to operations reliability. The Maintenance Supervisor will act as the liaison between operations, engineering and maintenance ensuring employees comply with all safety, environmental and engineering requirements.[#LI-TF1 *[Roles and Responsibilities [ Manage maintenance personnel Complete daily schedule Assign maintenance workorders and PM's Schedule and manage contractors Manage SAP task and transactions such as: Creation of New Functional Locations, task lists, and planned maintenance orders Creating Work Orders from notifications and approval of same as well as closure of completed work orders Manage work order progress and schedule meetings as appropriate to keep staff appraised of progress and priorities Attend daily scheduling meeting Verifying/ manage completion of required Work Permits for workorders and contractors Relieving Spar Parts from SAP Inventory Time entry / Cats Approve vacation and time off Track attendance Communicate with Production Scheduler for planned maintenance Manage capital projects communicate with vendors Assist with outstanding PO's GAPS - ensure contractors are entered and approved Grounds maintenance *[Min. Qualifications [High School Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision and/or experience with SAP. Experience in supervising maintenance crafts or coordination of maintenance contractors is a requirement. Effective leadership skills. Coach and provide feedback to achieve performance improvement.
