A family owned machine shop is looking for your help in growing their business into the next generation! If you are a CNC Operator with experience either in Milling, Lathe, and/or Grinding and are looking to plant roots with a company that will allow you to grow personally and professionally, let's set up a time to speak! salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• CNC Milling

• CNC Lathe

• CNC Grinding

• Job setup and machinist skills preferred

• Willing to train mechanically inclined folks but this is not a "button pushing" job

• Some programming or editing code a plus

• Small piece runs (1 to 50 pieces)

• Normal measurement device experience preferred (calipers, micrometers, various gauges)

• Various metal material such as aluminum, stainless steel, and others

• Also some use of plastics

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
