  • First rotation - Leadership role in the continuing advancement of the P&W Safety Management System (SMS) in coordination with the Operational Engine Programs Safety Team

What You Will Do

  • Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments

  • Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen

  • 1st rotation role overview:

  • Serve as deputy for SMS manager, supporting the continued implementation across P&W; will be exposed to P&W and RTX management and executives

  • Support EPI discipline leads within P&W Safety Issue Management process for Operational Engine Programs

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs

  • Bachelor's degree in m echanical or aerospace engineering

  • Experience applying Mathematics skills

  • Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience
