岗位职责：
能够制定清晰的线层级远景和目标并有效地驱动PDCA，带领团队实现工厂的预定目标
识别并建立人才发展计划，建立高效团队和自主管理
熟悉精益生产能够带领团队识别消除Loss，不断优化生产流程，达成生产、设备、系统的全面提升
SQCDMS的全面管理，做好日常的优先级和高质量决策，并能够践行安全、第一质量优先的文化
前瞻性的设计和有效的变更管理推动自动化和智能化进程
能够以身作则以现场为中心，真正践行领导力行为，并以目标导向协调资源快速解决问题，并进行有效的RCA和预防性管理。
