岗位职责：
成本
绩效数据的维护完善及培训；
BOM变更时根据实际变更时间及时check BOM，并更新PDR的相关RPM标准；
及时根据AC的目标及项目的进程更新PDR的相关绩效的标准，及准备计划的标准；
根据需求对产线的相关人员进行对应的绩效报表的培训；
成本控制跟进；
每周对每条线GE进行数据核对及完成waterfall上传及数据分享；
每周与电脑房完成盘点差异的回顾；
每周check 散料使用情况，完成散料使用报告；
完成月度结算的汇总，并确认系统数据是否正确，订单关闭后汇总财务结算；
每月跟进供应商待赔付费用的结算状态；
检查月度SFG 各口味的汇报是否正确，并查找原因，在月结之前完成差异调整；
完成每月订单的检查及关账；
每月对包材及原料做损耗分析并和财务进行比对核查，同时完成系统loss与线下核算差异的原因查找，并制定行动方案；
每月对各类月报数据进行汇总分析(RM PM OEE Labor cost saving 人工分析等)；
完成月度waterfall 数据的check及上传与scorecard的填写，并完成各线的GE waterfall数据分析；
每月完成by line 的loss 分析，并check差异，及时反馈财务；
每月by line的产量（by SKU）、工时及借进借出工时检查后汇总给到财务；
完成每月月度工厂库存的分析报告；
完成月度外包工时的check，并及时给到HR；
完成月度剔除同时的统计，并及时分享到HR；
每月提供奖金中成本数据；
月度pillar board 成本数据；
GWF系统：有变更时及时完成Waterfall 系统主数据的维护； 完成工厂年度预算搭建； MES 系统：系统主数据上传搭建维护及系统与SAP 接口上线测试； 其他成本数据测试和支持性事务执行；
