岗位职责：
依据 DSRP 推荐、Pre-SOP 及其它已知活动，制定优质生产计划，从而协调库存、成本及客户服务水平。协同部门经理推动改期/修复错漏。沟通所有即将结束的工厂计划。（允许运用适当的能力/劳力决策）；实现库存目标。策划活动不会对劳力差异产生不利影响。指导其他策划人及供应商计划员应对即将发生的事件，包括新产品介绍、能力限制及生产线停产。直接参与生产安排流程，以确保最佳库存量。定期维护和清理数据，以确保系统正做出有效的推荐。
与内外部利益相关者（服务供应商、合同工、劳务中介、代加工.外部制造商）开展高效合作，以确保按计划按需生产，并遵循我司标准、流程及条款规定。主动、及时汇报和解决问题，从而提前消除商业影响和/或在协调所有利益相关者后，适应生产和/或适当的消费者服务水平变动。
构建掌握 SAP 策划系统的能力。管理库存，以实现 KPI 目标。 为 IBP 准备工作和指标控制板提供支持。 谨遵制造及监管合规标准/规定。 利用 IL6S 标准工作流程并设立一个或多个支柱型系统/流程。 参与价值驱动和消除损失的项目。
流程推进持续改进，最大限度地使用当前技术并挑战当前程序，从而简化策划流程并降低错误率
为工作流程及程序提供改进和归档行动计划。通过根本原因分析和 Pre SOP 流程，为轮换配额变更提供建议。持续改善对工作人员及配额要求的跟进工作，并定期更新，从而避免由于人力短缺或不适当的配额要求而出现的错漏。

精通电脑技能（MS Office，包括 Word、Excel、PowerPoint），并具有 ERP（SAP）系统实施经验
良好的沟通技能（口头及书面）、分析及问题解决技能，强大的合作及关系管理技能
