Aerotek CNC Set-Up Machinist in Eastlake, Ohio
CNC Setup Machinist $30-35/HR - 1st Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Setup Machinist, where you will be responsible for setting up machines, and assisting with operating them. You will work with cutting-edge Citizen brand software to load programs, make necessary adjustments and edits, and ensure the precise machining of complex parts. Your responsibilities will include reviewing setup sheets and specifications, securing workpieces, assembling cutting tools, manipulating controls, and making necessary adjustments during the machining process to meet tight specifications.
Must Have
5-10 years of CNC Setup experience
Strong understanding of CNC Programming (G-Code at the machine, manual input)
Ability to complete full set up, operation, and changeovers
Strong Blueprint experience
Working with live tooling
PRECISION MEASURING EQUIPMENT experience - Mics, Cals, Depth Mics, Blade Mics, Comparators (Manual & Digital)

Work Environment
The role offers positions on 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm). Overtime work is encouraged and available. You will be working with brand new machinery in a dynamic job shop/production machining center environment. We boast a team centered culture, and generous room for internal growth.
