Position Overview:

As a Home Hospice Aide at Talbot Hospice, you will be an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, providing support and care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maryland
  • Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of patients and their families
  • Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation
