Nonprofit Human Services Organization is seeking the following:

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager (Full Time)

To work with adult residential clients diagnosed with a mental illness in Talbot County providing mental health support services.

Bachelors or Associate's degree highly preferred; High School diploma required, with 2+ years of relevant mental health experience.

Essential job functions and requirements include:

• Team oriented, flexible, energetic, and has a commitment to working adult clients experiencing a mental illness

• Delivering services to include individual meetings and leading groups both on property and in the community or home settings

• Completion of required documentation including service notes, assessments, treatment plans, etc. through an electronic health record

• Provides transportation in company vehicles to clients for service delivery

• Participates in on-call rotation

• Maintains valid driver's license, a clear driving record, and has evidence of auto liability insurance

• Background check required and maintains a clear criminal background profile, willing to undergo drug testing. Channel Marker is a drug-free workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
