Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments for suppliers and supports all business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues stop-payment orders as needed.
Performs payment activities in support of business obligations
Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5-years of professional financial experience
US client experience is a must.
Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
