Land Rover Monmouth, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, at least two years of automotive retail sales experience, and familiarity with VAuto and/or Ebiz.

Commitment: Ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their sales journey.
Excellence: Provide an unparalleled level of expertise to help customers find the vehicle they're looking for, including comprehensive knowledge of available products and services, collaborative approach pricing negotiations, grounding of lease returns, lease retention and service customer appraisals.
Preparedness: Actively manage the pre-owned inventory, including photographing new and pre-owned vehicles, working with the wholesale disposition of vehicles.
Leadership: Ensure sales team is motivated and trained on all products and services, set sales goals based on individual skill levels, and maintain and display an appealing inventory of pre-owned vehicles to draw the interest of customers.
Growth Mindset: Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Pre-Owned Sales Department with the General Manager and reporting on your progress.
