Job Description: As an Office Appointment Scheduler and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy. Scheduling service appointments and coordinating meetings for our sales and service teams. Providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
