Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role plays a critical function in our operations, focusing on processing and coordinating various tasks such as shipment information management, order creation, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Execute tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, this may include creating orders, activating shipments, and building loads in adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests.
• Document events and actions taken based on standard operating procedures and prior experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on customer or carrier requests and escalating questions or requests when necessary.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.
• Assign loads and schedule appointments as part of the operations coordination.
• Track and trace shipments, ensuring accurate and timely updates are entered into the system.
• Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing process.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
