Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role involves various tasks related to operations coordination in an industry setting, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, and scheduling appointments.

• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests.

• Document events using knowledge acquired through standard operating procedures (SOPs) and previous experience.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on customer or carrier requests, escalating questions or requests when necessary.

• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems in accordance with company and customer standards.

• Maintain a focus on quality while providing shipment information and invoicing services.

• Track and trace shipments, ensuring all events are accurately entered into the system.

• Collaborate with the team to execute additional duties or responsibilities as assigned, adhering to country-specific requirements.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs to perform tasks and manage data.

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and business growth. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a high level of quality in both areas.

• Demonstrated experience with Office Functions such as scheduling appointments, invoicing, and shipping.

• Ability to provide Training on Operations and Procedures to staff members.

• Excellent Time Management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proven ability to Execute tasks in accordance with company policy and standard operation procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience working in a Call Center environment, with the ability to handle high-stress situations.

• Creativity and Innovation skills, with the ability to contribute to business growth.

• Knowledge of Discrimination Laws and Affirmative Action Plans, ensuring all operations are conducted in a fair and ethical manner.

• Ability to Load Data into various systems and databases.

• Understanding and ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and quality.

• Proven experience in handling Shipping Functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to Company Policies, promoting a consistent and detail-oriented work environment.

• Prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated Proficiency in a variety of tasks, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
