The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, leads, and revenue in the Americas region. You will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of paid search, paid social, industry forums, YouTube, and other paid advertising platforms to ensure the highest level of performance.
What you will be doing:
Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for the AMER region, including paid search, paid social, industry forums, YouTube, and more.
Ad Creation and Optimization : Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across different platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and target audiences.
Keyword and Audience Research : Conduct research to identify relevant keywords, target audiences, and emerging trends to optimize campaign performance.
Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
A/B Testing : Implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements for continuous improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt strategies as needed.
Compliance : Ensure all campaigns comply with legal and industry regulations.
Budget Management : Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring that spending is allocated efficiently across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
Must have for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field
3 to 5yrs experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on paid search, paid social, industry forums, YouTube, and other platforms.
3 to 5yrs experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms..
Nice to have:
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant
