The Senior Financial Analyst position’s main responsibilities will be to operate as a trusted and strategic financial partner for the Americas Sales organization, supporting Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Support and G&A teams.
What you will be doing:
Develop revenue forecasting based on historical trends for weekly submissions and quarterly re-forecasts
Perform monthly variance analysis and understand key business drivers to provide clear, concise and timely recommendations.
Support business leaders with annual budget development and ongoing budgetary control processes to ensure that objectives are met while working within the budget framework.
Perform monthly and quarterly budget to actual variance analysis.
Support internal business leaders by meeting their financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis needs.
Participate in the administration and upgrade of planning/reporting tools and applications.
Work closely with the Accounting team to support quarter close processes
Must have for this role:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
5 years’ experience in Oracle or other ERP.
5 years minimum
2 or more years support Financial analysis in a sales organization.
Nice to have:
Salesforce experience
Manufacturing environment experience
