- 2 years of knowledge of the recreational marine industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field CAD software experience
- Professional memberships in industry organizations such as ABYC
- Experience using hand tools
- Rhino7 or newer software
**Job Description: [The job involves designing and implementing systems for new model boats, encompassing waste, water, fuel, propulsion, and mechanical systems in a boat. Reliable and extensively tested components. The role includes validating the performance and reliability of new models and adhering to product development standards. Additionally, the position involves creating plans to train manufacturing staff on all systems and ensuring vendors conduct necessary training and checks.

Physical Environment Exposure to dirt, dust, hazardous substances and equipment does exist; they occur often. Protective eyewear is required when in production area.
