Sales Manager- Forever Cabinets division of Kendrick, Inc.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales/designer team and drive growth in our custom cabinet division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales/designer team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Duties - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, mentor and motivate the designers/sales team to maximize performance. - Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Organize and participate in shows and networking events.
Education
-Bachelors degree inBusiness, Marketing or related field.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, and account management.
Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitors andproblem-solvingabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:Salary, plus ability to earn commission.
