KENDRICK LOGGING & SAWMILLING Cabinet Sales Manager in Edgewood, Iowa

Sales Manager- Forever Cabinets division of Kendrick, Inc.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales/designer team and drive growth in our custom cabinet division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales/designer team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Duties - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, mentor and motivate the designers/sales team to maximize performance. - Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

  • Organize and participate in shows and networking events.

Education

-Bachelors degree inBusiness, Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
  • Proven experience in business development, technical sales, and account management.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitors andproblem-solvingabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:Salary, plus ability to earn commission.
