Beacon Hill Financial is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our cleint in the Edina area. The role is paying between $23.50 - $25/hr depending on experience. If interested, please apply. FUNCTION: This position is responsible for coding and processing vendor invoices, cutting checks, and posting resident chargebacks. Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for receiving invoices and managing the accounts payable emails.
- Data entry of 150+ invoices a week without purchase orders.
- Ensure invoices have approvals necessary for payment.
- Investigate delinquent and turn off notices of utility invoices.
- Correspond with utility companies via phone to resolve billing issues.
- Work with properties on utility invoice chargebacks.
- Facilitate payment of invoices by analyzing and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all vendor invoices and other financial obligations.
- Organize, process, and maintain vendor invoices and accounts payable information.
