As the Assistant TCU Administrator, you will have the opportunity to help lead the operations of a vibrant team focused on creating lasting impacts and empowering patients, staff, and the community. The is full-time salaried leadership position which typically provides support on day shifts, but may need to work off shifts/weekends as needed.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Assist the TCU Administrator in leading the operations of the facility. Lead by example, inspiring and guiding our team of dedicated professionals. You will promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, encouraging the growth and development of our staff. Lead the Social Services department as they work to initiate smooth admissions into the facility, meet the psychosocial needs of the patients, and facilitate safe discharges back into the community.

  • Patient-Centered Care: Champion person-centered care, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate and personalized attention. Act as the grievance officer and work to resolve patient concerns.

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and service excellence. You will regularly assess and monitor the quality of care provided, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Community Engagement: Forge strong partnerships within the community, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and local organizations. Your involvement will enhance the community's visibility and promote a sense of belonging among our patients.

  • Environmental Enhancement: Ensure a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment for our patients. You will collaborate with our team to create an atmosphere that reflects the preferences and interests of our diverse community.

  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize exceptional contributions from our staff. Your support and recognition will motivate our team to excel in their roles.

Qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • MN Nursing Home Administrator License (within 90 days of start date)

  • Experience with MS Office products

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications (preferred):

  • Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related industry.

  • 1-3 years of related work/industry experience

  • Dedication to patient-centered care and a genuine passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect.

  • A visionary mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and senior housing regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
