Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Orients, instructs, and trains assigned personnel.
Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee relations, as well as interdepartmental objectives.
Performs a variety of nursing administrative duties.
Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
Prepares patients for scheduled procedures to assist in patient assessment.
Monitors medical condition of patients and reports changes to appropriate personnel.
Assists physicians with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care.
Writes initial nursing histories, assesses patients conditions, and develops individual care plans for patients assigned to the unit.
Qualifications:
Registered Nursing license in Oklahoma or Compact License
Previous Experience as a RN
Two Openings:
Day Shift- 4 -10s Monday-Friday
Night Shift - 3-12s Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights, No Weekends
