The Immunology Network Manager is responsible for leading the development of strategic cross-immunology (dermatology, rheumatology & gastroenterology) network accounts by mapping, planning, and executing cross-therapeutic POAs within the networks. These strategic POAs will build and strengthen referral pathways to accelerate patient access, foster collaborative decision-making networks, highlight AbbVie’s Immunology portfolio breadth of indications and entrench AbbVie as the leader in Immunology. The Immunology Network Manager will report directly to the Immunology Strategic Operations Lead. The role is field based.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the IFT and brand team to identify key networks with co-management opportunities
Develop and cultivate strong relationships becoming a strategic partner with dermatologists, rheumatologists and gastroenterologists in the identified networks. Focus on uncovering co-management needs, network gaps and providing patient centric solutions to support immunology priorities.
Lead the development of the immunology networks by mapping, planning and executing tailored network POAs
Work closely with health educations managers to rollout cross-immunology programs within networks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (health education managers, AbbVie Care, community relations manager…) in order to identify opportunities to leverage and partner on cross-functional initiatives
Be a contributing member of brand team, brand plan and tactical plan meetings by using field and consult insights to make recommendations with a one Immunology lense
Assist in building cross-indications tools
Qualifications
Education/Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science or related field is required.
Relevant sales experience with a proven track record within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
Immunology experience preferred
Experience with programs deployment is an asset.
Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timelines, targeting) and operating with execution excellence.
Essential skills and abilities:
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform day-to-day tasks).
Travel required about 35% of the time.
Valid driver’s license and passport.
