Our client,is looking for Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description:

Title:Project Coordinator

Duration: 1 year

Location: Calgary

Hybrid Model: On site Hybrid (Mon, Tue, Thu in office).

The Project Coordinator has the responsibility to support the project team to achieve quality results in a cost-effective timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with PMs, cross-functional teams, and all partners, internal and external

• Support the implementation and management of assigned projects

• Assist the project teams in project related activities

• Coordinate and participates in project related meetings and drafts meeting minutes and agendas

• Review and track documentation, regulatory documents, and internal documents, including shepherding the project through TIS PMO stage-gate processes

• Upload and maintains documents in tracking databases in a timely manner

• Help track financial reporting, forecast and updates, with support from Project Financial Analyst(s)

• Maintain tracking tools, metrics, and calendars

• Coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary

Optional / Nice-to-have

• Interest and ability to manage low-risk, extra-small projects, with oversight from PM is an asset

• Awareness and ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments is an asset

Criteria & Qualifications

• Associate degree (or internationally recognized equivalent)

• Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows applications

• 4-7 years of project related support experience

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
