The Canadian Brewhouse Digital Marketing Coordinator in Edmonton - Head Office, Alberta
The Canadian Brewhouse opened its first restaurant in 2001, in Edmonton, Alberta. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in executing online marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves managing content creation, coordinating digital advertising efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of various digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and skilled in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Develop and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Oversee social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Track social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance reports.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Assist in managing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.
Support SEM campaigns by setting up and managing PPC ads and analyzing their effectiveness.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing open and click-through rates.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Maintain digital marketing calendars and coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with SEO and SEM techniques.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
