Responsibilities:
Determine and implement manufacturing processes for the production of high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing plans.
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve any production issues.
Continuously improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Strictly adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing processes.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
