Responsibilities:
Manage and work with a team of software engineers to create and deploy top-notch software solutions for our innovative electron microscopy products.
Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Drive the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate in code reviews and actively contribute to the development of effective practices and coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance our software development processes.
Requirements:
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on engineering complex embedded software systems . We predominantly use C++/git/Jira and work on Linux and Windows.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering world-class software solutions.
