Clean Harbors Facility Operations Supervisor in El Dorado, Arkansas
We are looking for a Facility Operations Supervisor for our El Dorado, AR facility, who will oversee multiple site-specific plant operations and personnel to include, but not limited to, drum pumping, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, scanning applications for waste tracking, and proper warehousing.

Oversees multiple site-specific plant operations and personnel to include, but not limited to, drum pumping, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, scanning applications for waste tracking, and proper warehousing
Supervises multiple plant employees
Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures, and accountability
Ensures that supervised operations/employees understand and have ownership for area specific permit required compliance standards
Works under the direction of the Operations Manager or equivalent
Responsible for ensuring the employee maintains a clean work environment and adhere to safety rules
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
Perform loading of tankers, pumping drums, and or containers to or tankers.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
2-5 years supervisory experience preferred
High School diploma and/or some college preferred
Chemical knowledge or education a plus!
Must be able to drive goals to meet expectations
Proven organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work and lead in a team environment
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Computer experience
Excel experience is an advantage
Must be able to stand for long periods at a time
Mechanically inclined - experience with pumps advantage
