IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY! Part-Time Accounting Needed
Account managers work with our business clients on a daily basis and assist them with insurance billing and reconciliation.
Experience: Some experience in this field.
Education: HSD/GED per company policy.
Language: English and Spanish to be able to communicate with employees, etc. when making presentations.
Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance to be able to drive on company's behalf during business hours.
Requirements: - Computer literate - very proficient in MS Excel. - Able to work with limited supervision. - Works well with others. - Excellent customer service skills.
Duties: - Assist clients with insurance benefit related questions. - Conduct group presentations on a monthly basis. - Public speaking. - Heavy use of MS Excel. - Conduct billing and reconciliation of several accounts using both MS Excel and other accounting software.
Hours: 30-35 Monday-Friday
