Qualifications

- Bilingual- 100% English/100 % Spanish - Required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Accounting or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, , Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Responsibilities
- As a Administrative Manager, you will be managing the day-to-day runnings of the company, including scheduling staff members, handling performance reviews, and maintaining excellent records and reports
- You will also be working each day to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, address any minor and major client issues, and overall foster a strong work environment, provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best
- Your responsibilities will include , make and corroborate employees payroll, reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, evaluate financial budgets and track expenses, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence
- Make Employees Payroll and OTR Drivers Payroll
- Make and corroborate Clients Payments
- Reconciling bank records
- Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Draft and report financial presentations
- Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
