TEKsystems Customer Care Representative in El Paso, Texas

Employment Type: Seasonal project based role ( est 7 months)
Location: must reside in state of TX, AZ, or CO
Hours: must be open to working mon-sun, between 7am -6pm MST

Necessary Experience/Skills:
1+ year of customer service experience
Must have at least high school diploma/GED or equivalent
Wired internet connect for remote workplace
A Day in the Role:
Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
Discuss logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product and warranty questions.
Ensure customers issues are resolved in timely manner.
