TEKsystems Customer Care Representative in El Paso, Texas

Highlight:

  • Location: must reside in state of TX, AZ, or CO

  • Hours: must be open to working mon-sun, between 7am -6pm MST

Necessary Experience/Skills:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Must have at least high school diploma/GED or equivalent

  • Wired internet connect for remote workplace

A Day in the Role:

  • Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.

  • Discuss logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product and warranty questions.

  • Ensure customers issues are resolved in timely manner.
